Our online store is always available. We process and ship your orders
as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that our bags are handmade
in NYC and may take up to 4 weeks to ship but generally 2-3days. If concerned
about your shipment please contact

Payment methods
We accept MasterCard and Visa.
To begin shopping, make your selections online, and follow the onscreen
directions. Your total shipping charges are automatically computed during
checkout, prior to the completion of your order. You'll receive instant
order acknowledgement via e-mail. Once the order has been processed and
we do have your bag in stock, your handbag will be packed securely and
shipped. If your bag is not currently in stock, it will have to
be made to order which may take up to 3 weeks. In such instances
you will be contacted by Customer
Service.

How long will it take for your order to ship?
Please allow 72 hours for order processing, from there the majority of
orders are shipped immediately if your bag is in stock and available.
Orders received on weekends will be processed on Monday. Remember to allow
for time in transit, as per your shipping choice. Our business hours are
from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

Shipping methods
We offer four shipping options:
Ground - 5 to 7 business days
3 day - 3 business days
2nd day - 2 business days
Next day - Next business day
We ship all US orders via FedEx.
Please note this time is the actual FedEx shipping time, not how long
it may take for your order to be ready to ship. Once your order
is ready to ship, the shipping time reflects the transportation time it
will take for your bag to get to you from us.

Sales Tax
Because we are located in New York and Illinois, all orders shipped to
addresses in New York State and Illinois are subject to Sales Tax. Otherwise,
there is no tax.

I need to cancel/change my order
All orders placed through the website are firm, once you complete the
checkout process. However, we'll do our best to accommodate you if you
need to make changes. Please contact customer service as soon as possible.
All items on sale/discounted
are final sale.

Terms
Elezar Bags Inc. reserves the right to cancel any order in full or in
part for any reason whatsoever.
Elezar Bags Inc. reserves the right to impose a restocking charge of $
35 for cancelled or returned orders.

Your privacy is important. We do not share customer information or e-mail

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with the handbag you have purchased.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, and notify us within fourteen
days of receipt of handbag, we will refund the purchase price less restocking
fee and less shipping costs.
Please note: all Sale items are a FINAL SALE.

Please note that no refunds or exchanges will be granted after the two
week period has been exceeded. Further, no return will be accepted without
the Refund and Exchange Request Form. Returns are up to the discretion
of Elezar, and are accepted providing the item is returned in its original
condition.

Ordering online if you live outside the US
We are happy to take orders for international shipment. Just make your
selections in our Online Shop, and then follow the onscreen directions.
Total shipping charges are automatically computed during checkout,
prior to the completion of your order. You'll receive instant order acknowledgement
via e-mail. Then, to complete the process, there is an additional step.
For security, our credit card processor requires that your order
must be confirmed. You need to fax us the signed order confirmation page
(printable from the shopping cart,) along with a photocopy of your
credit card.
Before your order can be finalized, you'll need to:
1) Photocopy your credit card, front and back
2) Fax both pages, along with the signed order form to us at (212)
202-6185 Attn: Customer Service
Once we receive this information, your order will be processed by
our office. You will then receive a final order confirmation when your
order has been shipped.
International orders are sent via FedEx. Most deliveries to Europe
will arrive within seven business days of package being shipped.
Shipments to other countries may take longer.

Care of bags
Elezar Handbags are made of beautiful Italian Cowhide. Grain and slight
differences of color are characteristics of the leather. The leather is
natural, untreated (in most cases), and can spot and sometimes lose color.
Particular care is recommended for Laminate colors (metallic) because
contact with lacquer, perfume, and anything containing alcohol and derivatives
can cause damage. As with all quality leather they should be treated with
a weatherproof protection and care.
